"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at 11 Derwent Yard in London and, without doubt wouldn't hesitate to book with Wright Apartments again. Customer service, attention to detail and the apartment itself were all second to none. Superb! Having made an initial e-mail enquiry, I was made to feel that every aspect of my booking was important and I received personal service throughout. Everything possible was done to ensure my party, which consisted of people travelling from Devon and Somerset in the UK and also from Melbourne, Australia, was made to feel special, and valued. Everything you need can be obtained within a few minutes walk of the apartment and, when it comes to enjoying an evening out, either hop on an E2 bus into Ealing Broadway or simply turn left on leaving the apartment to visit The Plough; a traditional pub serving excellent food and an amazing range of drinks. In conclusion, the location and the apartment itself are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wright Apartments. Book with confidence! The actual apartment provides everything needed, and more besides, to make it a real home from home. No one could possibly regret booking this apartment which provides an ideal base for exploring being located within 40 minutes tube journey to Piccadilly Circus and bus routes immediately outside the door."

"I had a wonderful stay at Elm Park Gardens in London. The flat was spacious, well decorated and spotless. Everything needed to make this into a 'home from home' was supplied and the building and location are very secure. Also, as the bedroom is at the back with a lovely outlook over the very spacious gardens, it is very quiet and I had a wonderful stay. The owner met me and provided all instructions needed for appliances etc. as well as directions to the nearest tube stations - I actually found Gloucester Road easier than South Kensington, and it is a very pleasant short walk. The location is very central with Kings Road and Sloane Square also a walkable distance. For 'just around the corner' there are several breakfast places, an M& S Simply Food as well as a Sainsbury, and also - bonus - a large Daunt's bookstore. I would certainly recommend this flat and will be hoping to stay there again."

Altenburg House

Stunning Edwardian three bedroom/two bathroom end of terrace house in Northfields, West Ealing with plenty of character and original features.  Less than five minutes walk to Northfields underground station, on the Piccadilly line tube.  Ealing is well served by public transport so access to all areas of London is quick and easy.  Just a couple of minutes walk away are a number of tempting cafes and restaurants as well as shops and supermarkets, a popular bakery and family butcher.  Closeby are two lovely leafy parks and Ealing Broadway with its popular shopping centre, restaurants, bars and cafes is approximately 15 minutes walk from the house.  

The Altenburg house has recently been renovated and upgraded to an extremely high standard whilst retaining many original features including stripped wooden flooring and working fireplaces in both the sitting and dining rooms.  The recently landscaped rear garden with shrubs and flowers,  together with purpose built BBQ  is south facing and has a patio area for relaxing and al-fresco dining.  The bright and spacious kitchen with a small breakfast bar, is extremely well equipped and stocked and there are three colour television sets around the house together with a radio/CD player and a DVD player.

Situated in a quiet tree lined residential street in West Ealing, the pretty front garden greets you upon arrival and once inside the warm sitting room awaits the weary traveller with its comfortable sofas,  ornate fireplace and flat screen TV with Sky channels.  Continue along the hallway to the open plan dining room with fireplace and dining table for six together with comfortable sofa and easy chair. Off the dining room is the kitchen which is equipped with all appliances you would expect to find in a first class holiday home together with a TV.  French doors open on to the rear pretty garden.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom overlooking the front of the house with king size bed, TV, Edwardian closet and chest of drawers, the main bathroom with large oval shaped bath and attractive mosiac tiles plus overhead power shower.  Next to the bathroom is the comfy single bedroom overlooking the garden with closet and bedside table.  Continue upstairs to 'Roof Tops'  on the second floor to reach the large third bedroom with twin beds, masses of wardrobe space and French doors opening to views over the garden.  Also on this floor is the contemporary en-suite shower room with mosiac tiles, state-of-the art sink and WC.

Price includes all utilities, wireless internet access and a maid service with linen change for stays of ten days and over but excludes a £65.00 end of stay cleaning charge.  Telephone calls are extra and are charged at 10 pence per unit.
